Post 301 - Broker Relationships & Responsibilities
The course outlines agency relationships and duties, as well as working with both sellers and buyers within the area of residential sales.
The North Carolina Real Estate Commission requires three 30 hour courses within 18 months of licensing to become a full broker.
Students will not be permitted to continue a class without proof of purchase of required textbooks/manuals and materials.
