The North Carolina Real Estate Commission requires that all licensees complete a minimum of eight (8) hours of Continuing Education by June 10 of each year in order to renew a license. All necessary books are included in our course fee.
The 2024 - 2025 Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP) Course is a four (4) hour course that must be completed by all brokers-in-charge and brokers who have BIC-Eligible status and who wish to renew their licenses on active status on July 1, 2024 for the 2025 -2026 license year.

A real estate elective course designed to cause brokers to "stop, read, think, and apply" the concepts found in the REALTOR Code of Ethics. The course examines ethical situations faced regularly by brokers, with outcomes based upon the REALTOR Code of Ethics. This course meets the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics requirement. The current REALTOR Code of Ethics training cycle is January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2024.
The 2024-2025 General Update (GENUP) Course is a four (4) hour course that must be completed by all provisional brokers and non-provisional brokers who are not brokers-in-charge and/or do not have BIC-Eligible status and who wish to renew their licenses on active status on July 1, 2025 for the 2025 - 2026 license year.
